How to Initiate a Return

• Contact our support team at support@eightsleep.com within 30 calendar days of your delivery date.
• Provide your order number and reason for return.
• Our team will provide return shipping instructions and a prepaid return label.

Note: the delivery date used to calculate the return window is the delivery confirmation provided by the carrier (FedEx, UPS, DHL). In case of dispute, the carrier's official delivery scan is the authoritative source.

Partial Returns for Pod models

Customers who purchase bundles such as Pod 5 Plus or Pod 5 Ultra may return individual components (for example the Base or the Blanket) separately within the 30-day window. Each component must meet return requirements.

What gets refunded

If you are not happy with the Pod, return it within 30 days of delivery and both your Pod and your membership purchase are refunded in full. Rentals are not eligible for the 30-night trial.

Refund Timing and Method

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days, though timelines vary by financial institution.

Additional Terms

• Returns requested after the 30-day calendar window are not accepted.
• Delivery to a freight forwarder or rerouting to an unsupported country voids return eligibility.
• This return policy does not affect statutory rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.
