Step 2
Place your order
Select trade-in at checkout when purchasing Pod 5. Your credit will not be applied until inspection.
Step 3
Send in your Pod
Use the prepaid shipping label and the packaging from your new Pod, if needed.
Step 4
Get your refund
We refund your trade-in credit after inspection. You must return your Pod to receive credit.
